The European wine market is estimated to grow at a CAGR of 3.8% during the forecast period. The wine industry valued at $50.4 billion in 2018 and is estimated to reach $65.1 billion in 2025. Alcoholic beverages are among the most traded sectors in the European Union. Around 24.7% of the people were abstainers in the country in 2016 with 9.8% lifetime abstainers whereas 14.8% had not to drink an alcoholic beverage from the last 12 months.
