The device will leverage the Merit’s US offerings and advance the standard of care for procedures that use a hemostasis valve.

• In October 2017, Freudenberg Medical, LLC introduced the family of hemostasis valves, including HyperSeal and CertuSeal valves to its FlexSeal valve. These are designed to significantly improve procedural performance and hemostasis while integrated into next-generation delivery systems and catheters. These sophisticated valves can be directly incorporated into therapeutic catheter development projects in order to shorten development time, offer new design alternatives, and lower cost.
