The Global Y 27632 dihydrochloride market is expected to grow at a significant CAGR during the forecast period. Y-27632 dihydrochloride is an orally active, ATP-competitive inhibitor of Rock-I and Rock-II, with Kis of 220 and 300 nM, respectively. Apoptosis is induced by Y-27632 dihydrochloride. Y-27632 dihydrochloride primes human induced pluripotent stem cells (hIPSCs) towards mesendodermal lineage differentiation through epithelial-mesenchymal transition. 

It is used to increase the survival rate of cryopreserved human embryonic stem (hES) cells and iPSC. To convert fibroblasts to mature neurons, it is used with CHIR99021, RepSox, Forskolin, SP 600125, Go 6983, and VPA. In addition, it improves naive human pluripotent stem cell growth and viability when naive cells are generated from primed ESCs (epiblast stem cells) and iPSCs (induced pluripotent stem cells) using naive human stem cells medium (NHSM).

This death was caused by embryonic cell death that can be treated using Y 27632 dihydrochloride.
