License types
Singleuser license
This license type is non-transferable, non-exclusive license to Orion Market Research Pvt. Ltd. reports online or download the same on one authorized computer and print one duplicate of the replicated for personal only. The client DOES NOT hold the right to -
- Allow access to the report in any form to any third party.
- Resell, sub-license, rent, lease, transfer or allocate rights of the report (in whole or in parts) to any party unless explicitly permitted to do so by Orion Market Research Pvt. Ltd.
- Store, alter, reproduce, and distribute the report in part or full for any commercial purpose apart from those specifically stated and approved by Orion Market Research Pvt.
- Exploit or wrongfully use the report in any other terms apart from those explicitly stated as per the terms and conditions of the license and be in breach of the laws in India in any manner whether explicit or implicit.
Multiuser license
A multiuser license grants user a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Orion Market Research Pvt. Ltd., report online or download the same on a maximum of four authorized computer and allows up to four authorized users to use and store the same. The report may be replicated for internal circulation alone among the company personnel. The Client DOES NOT have permission to-
- Allow access to the report in any form to any third party.
- Resell, sub-license, rent, lease, transfer or allocate rights of the report (in whole or in parts) to any party unless explicitly permitted to do so by Orion Market Research Pvt. Ltd.
- Store, alter, reproduce, and distribute the report in part or full for any commercial purpose apart from those specifically stated and approved by Orion Market Research Pvt.
- Exploit or wrongfully use the report in any other terms apart from those explicitly stated as per the terms and conditions of the license and be in breach of the laws in India in any manner whether explicit or implicit.
Payment
Fees
· All fees need to be paid as per the terms of payment mentioned in the applicable order (Fees). Orion Market Research Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel access to the product in case the full payment has not been received by the company within the stipulated time.
Taxes
· All fees paid Orion Market Research Pvt. Ltd., are exclusive of all goods and service, sales, uses or other taxes, customs, duties and similar levies. All the aforementioned payment payable in or to any jurisdiction or authority whatsoever shall be the sole responsibility of the client. This payment will exclude taxes levied on the income of Orion Market Research Pvt. Ltd.
Overdue amounts
Overdue amounts shall bear interest calculated from the date when due until the date that payment is received by Orion Market Research. Interest at a rate of 2.0 % per month compounded monthly (which is equivalent to 26.86% per annum) but shall not exceed the maximum amount permitted by law would be levied on the same.
Collection Expenses
The client is required to reimburse Orion Market Research Pvt. Ltd. for the entire collection related expenses incurred by the company, which shall include all attorney’s and service fees arising out of collections of overdue fees and taxes.
Limitations
In no event shall Orion Market Research Pvt. Ltd. or its suppliers be liable for any errors arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on www.omrglobal.com, even if Orion Market Research Pvt. Ltd.’s authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such errors. As some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, limitations of liability for consequential or incidental errors, these limitations may not apply to the client.

Governing Laws
Any claim relating to the Orion Market Research website shall be constructed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
